Sara has earned her RYT 500 designation. She studied under Michelle Young with My Vinyasa practice for her 200 Hour Yoga Teacher Training (YTT) and then completed the Yoga’s Arc 300 Hour YTT, studying under Kary Sinkule. Sara also continuously trains with Kristine Weber of Subtle Yoga regarding the science behind slow, mindful yoga practices.
Sara began practicing yoga in the 1990s. Through the years, she has found that a consistent yoga practice can be an effective method to not only gain strength and flexibility but may also improve posture, reduce anxiety, improve sleep, alleviate pain, and boost our mood and general outlook. Sara enjoys guiding participants through slow and mindful movement and breathwork, and her classes are perfect for those seeking a more introspective yoga practice while building strength and improving mobility.
